Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of yourxsong, a service operated by EduLeader AI, LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”) at yourxsong.com and our iOS app (collectively, the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. What yourxsong does

yourxsong takes a photograph of a handwritten note that you provide, processes it with AI, and produces an AI-generated audio song with vocals based on the contents of the note and the musical style (vibe) you select. The output is a creative parody/tribute song intended for personal, non-commercial enjoyment.

2. Your account

Some features require an account. You can create one with your email via a magic-link sign-in. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your access credentials secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • upload photos of notes that contain other people's confidential information without consent;
  • generate content that is unlawful, harassing, defamatory, hateful, sexual, or invasive of someone's privacy;
  • generate content that infringes intellectual property or right of publicity;
  • impersonate another person or entity;
  • scrape, reverse-engineer, or attempt to bypass billing or rate limits.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

4. Songs you create

You retain rights to the underlying note you upload and to the songs generated for you, for personal, non-commercial use. We retain a license to host, store, and stream the song so the Service can function. Generated songs use AI models that may produce unexpected outputs; we make no guarantees about quality, accuracy, or originality. You are responsible for the content of the notes you upload and for how you use the resulting songs.

5. Plans and payment

We offer three paid options:

  • One-Off Song — $1.99 USD, one-time purchase, grants a single full song credit.
  • Semi Pro — $4.99 USD per month, grants 5 songs per month.
  • Pro — $14.99 USD per month, grants 20 songs per month plus additional features.

Subscriptions auto-renew monthly until canceled. You can cancel at any time from your Account page; cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Unused monthly songs do not roll over. Pricing may change with notice. Payments are processed by Stripe (web) or Apple In-App Purchase (iOS).

7. Free preview

We may offer a partial free preview of a generated song (typically the first 45 seconds). Free previews are limited; access to full songs requires a paid plan or one-off purchase.

8. Third-party services

The Service uses third-party providers including Supabase (data hosting), Stripe (payments), OpenAI (AI text generation), and Suno via GoAPI/PiAPI (AI music generation). Their handling of your data is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

9. Disclaimer

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS, OR THAT ANY GENERATED CONTENT WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS.

10. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF $50 USD OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM. WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

11. Termination

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability) will survive.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Hillsborough County, Florida.
